Replies usually within 1–2 business days. We are a small team across multiple time zones — we read every email, but we batch responses.

Faster paths for technical questions

If you have a code or wiring question, the forum and GitHub get you a faster reply than email — usually within hours during European / US working hours.

  • GitHub Discussions — code, registers, examples, integration. Searchable; your question helps the next person.
  • Forum: forum.rbamp.com — community Q&A, project showcases, hardware install threads. (Forum launches with the Wireless line; until then GitHub Discussions is the right home.)
  • GitHub Issues — bug reports for the Arduino library, ESPHome component, or firmware (use the right repo).
